Probate & Letters of Administration

Probate is the formal step that lets an executor act. It's also where executors first realise how much paperwork the law actually requires. Every application for a Grant of Representation, whether its Probate or Letters of Administration, has a fixed fee. We handle the application end-to-end, in the Supreme Court of Victoria.
