Wills & Estate Planning
A Will is a document, but the conversations that produce it is the work. We spend time with you mapping your assets, your people, your intentions and the structure that fits your circumstances, before the drafting begins.
Built around you. Not a template
The strongest succession plans come from asking the right questions, and knowing which ones matter. That's where our experience makes the difference. We take the time to understand your circumstances, your family, and your wishes, so every document reflects what actually matters to you, while considering the practical application and interaction of the law.
Our fixed fees
Our fixed fee approach to Wills & Estate planning gives you both confidence and peace of mind to start your succession planning journey today. No snowballing fees, no unexpected invoices, just quality advice from an experienced lawyer. Our Clients focus on their story and what they really came to us for, not fear of the clock causing important information to be left out.
All of our prices are inclusive of GST.
