Every application for a Grant of Representation, whether its Probate or Letters of Administration, has a fixed fee. That means legal fees can’t snowball. It also promotes efficiency.
We offer the following services, at fixed fees starting from $2,500 to apply for Grants of Representation with the Supreme Court of Victoria:
Probate
Letters of Administration
Letters of Administration with the Will Annexed
Once the Supreme Court of Victoria issues a Grant of Representation (whether Probate or Letters of Administration), we provide our Clients with an Administration Information Guide which identifies key details needed to support the estate administration phase post-grant with your solicitor, or for you to use independently.
We also offer bespoke work, including reseal of foreign grants and exemplification applications. Prices quoted per matter.
-
Depending on your circumstances, some of the advice and services we offer include:
Contested Wills (Trusts Equity and Probate List)
Family Provision Claims (Testators Family Maintenance List)
Beneficiary disputes
Executor disputes
Trustee disputes
Executor Commission Applications
VCAT Applications – Guardianship and Administration List
County Court of Victoria Estate Litigation Matters
Supreme Court of Victoria Estate Litigation Matters
Revocation Applications
Due to the uncertainty of Will & Estate Disputes, how they progress and third party involvement (e.g settling at Mediation, running through to a trial in the Supreme Court of Victoria or the conduct of other parties), we do not provide Fixed Fees for dispute work.
Instead, we provide transparent fee estimates, that are tiered based on the likely stages of the dispute.
